With nearly thirty years of experience as a clinician I've gained perspective & understanding of the psychological condition and how to intervene for mental health, wellness and growth both personally and for others. I am a life-long learner with a strong interest in the brain-mind-body connection. I have taught college-level communication, provided therapy to children, individuals, couples, families and groups.
